Well Child Services – To provide infants and preschool children with well – child visits and childhood immunizations for families who do not have a medical home. Follow-up through education and home visits to high-risk infants and children to promote healthy growth and development. Parents Anonymous group sessions are available. Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Management – To educate, screen, and case manage children birth to age six who have high lead levels. Call (856) 739-6544 for more information.

NJ FamilyCare – NJ FamilyCare is a federal and state funded health insurance program created to help New Jersey’s uninsured children and certain low-income parents and guardians to have affordable health coverage. NJ FamilyCare is for families who do not have available or affordable employer and are unable to afford to privately pay the high cost of health insurance. Eligibility is based on monthly income and family size.
