Adult Health Services

Free health screenings are performed by a Department of Health and Human Services nurse once a month at four different locations. Come out to have your blood pressure, total cholesterol and fasting blood sugar checked. Speak with the nurse about any health related questions you have.

Adult health screenings include:

  • Blood Pressure Screenings
  • Cancer Risk Assessment
  • Nutrition Counseling
  • Cholesterol Screenings*
  • Diabetes Screening**

Any questions, please contact Margie at

* Cholesterol Screening: Total Cholesterol Only

** Diabetes Screening: Fast for 12 hours. Eat a hearty meal before you start the fast. Take nothing by mouth from then except water or medication until after the test.
