Subsidy Payments and e-Child Care

Electronic Child Care (ECC) is the designated attendance recording system used by all families receiving child care subsidy. It is the responsibility of the parent to record attendance daily by either using a POS machine at the center or by calling from a designated phone line at the provider’s location. Payment will be made through the system directly to the provider based on the parent’s adherence to the ECC guidelines. Providers are able to monitor attendance through their own portal to ensure proper payment has been received.

For any ECC questions/concerns or to sign up for a training, please feel free to contact our Camden County ECC Specialist at 856-583-0228 or childcareinfo@camdencounty.com
