Camden County Community Development supports a Housing Navigator. The housing navigator maintains a list of affordable housing units providing details and contact information for those looking to rent affordable housing. You can access this list through the link below.

Services: Provides no-interest loans for qualified homeowners to make necessary home improvements to their properties. Funding to agencies who provide services to homeless individuals and families. Provides affordable housing by rehabilitating owner-occupied housing. First-time home buyers’ activities. Consortium housing activities with Cherry Hill and Gloucester Township.

Senior Shared Housing

Services: This program matches older adults looking for affordable, decent housing with homeowners having trouble meeting the high costs of utilities and taxes. Senior Shared Housing is open to single or married adults 45+ (priority to 60+) years. The program is open to anyone who lives or wants to live in Camden County. Counseling is available to clients before, during and after the matching process.
