Per N.J.S.A. 19:63-10(a), the Camden County Clerk’s Office is required to maintain a list, which is updated daily, of voters whose application for a Mail-In Ballot was approved and were sent their ballot, and per N.J.S.A. 19:63-10(b), the Camden County Board of Elections is required to maintain a list of voters who have returned their voted ballot.
These lists are available as a joint list below.
Additionally, per N.J.S.A. 19:15A-3, the Camden County Board of Elections is required to prepare an electronic data file, updated by noon daily, listing the individuals who cast a ballot during the early voting period.

After the above information is submitted, a PASSWORD will be emailed to the requestor . The password, placed on the file for security reasons, will enable the Microsoft Excel file to be fully opened. The list is published daily once ballots are mailed and the same password is used everyday for the same election. A legend of the codes in the list can be found here.
