Business Employment Incentive Program
BEIP Grants are available to businesses anywhere in Camden County — awarding tax savings from 10-50% for up to ten years. You may qualify if your business can create and maintain at least 25 jobs, or as few as 10 jobs, in the biotech or high tech industries.

Business Retention & Relocation Assistance Act Grant (BRRAG)
If your business is considering leaving the state, the BRRAG program might convince you to stay. Offering grants up to $1,500 per employee, the program helps eligible companies relocate to new or rehabilitated facilities in New Jersey.
Program requirements include:
- You must relocate a minimum of 50 full-time jobs from one or more locations to a new or substantially rehabilitated location.
- You must demonstrate that receiving a BRRAG grant is a “material factor” in its decision not to relocate outside New Jersey.
- A qualifying company must maintain the retained full-time jobs for five years.
Sales & Use Tax Exemption Program
Often used in combination with BRRAG, this program offers tax exemptions to companies which stay in New Jersey instead of leaving the state. Eligible companies must employ 1,000 or more people in New Jersey OR be classified as a life science, biotechnology or manufacturing business and relocate at least 250 workers.
