Reservations, Permits and Fee Schedules

Park Permit Updates:

Due to continued uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the Camden County Parks Department is not accepting applications for permits related to large gatherings at this time. We anticipate the permitting process to begin in earnest later this spring, however this timeline remains subject to change given the ever-evolving nature of the situation. Public Event

  • Public Event Permits (5K race, walk, festival, concert)
    • Fees:
      • Walk/run (under 500 people) $100
      • Walk/run (over 500 people) $200
      • Festival/public event (non profit) $150
      • Festival/public event (for profit) $500
Private Event

To rent a picnic site or pavilion (for weddings, family reunions, BBQs, birthday parties, baby showers, etc.) please contact Ashley Pagan at 856-216-2134 ashley.pagan@camdencounty.com

  • Permit Fees:
    • Picnic Sites $50 (daily)
    • Pavilions $130 (daily)
Ballfield Permits

To rent a ballfield, please call Luis Miranda at 856-374-6201   luis.miranda@camdencounty.com.

  • 3 hour block $50 (daily)
  • 3 hour block weekly $200 (spring/summer season)
  • 3 hour block weekly $160 (fall season)
