(Lindenwold, NJ) – As part of an ongoing project, West Crystal Lake Avenue will be partially closed to southbound traffic in Haddon Township this week. The closure will be in effect 24 hours a day until Monday, July 22.
“This detour will be in effect throughout the day and overnight, likely affecting traffic patterns in the surrounding area as motorists are detoured via nearby roadways,” Shin Angulo said. “Motorists should be alert for shifting traffic patterns, congestion, and sudden stops when in the construction area. Make sure to leave extra time when commuting and remain extra vigilant of additional hazards when driving near crews and equipment.”
Beginning today, West Crystal Lake Avenue will close to southbound traffic between Graisbury Avenue and West Mount Vernon Avenue. Motorists will be directed to follow a posted detour route utilizing Graisbury, Austermuhl, and West Mount Vernon Avenues.
The closure will be in place 24 hours a day until crews have completed the project on Monday, July 22, including Saturday, July 20, but not Sunday, July 21.
Scheduling and project timing is also dependent on weather and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
