(Lindenwold, NJ) – Freeholder Susan Shin Angulo, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works, has been notified by NJ American Water that crews will be installing a water main on West Crystal Lake Avenue tomorrow, July 23. The roadway will be partially closed to southbound traffic in Haddon Township.

“This is the same closure and detour that was in effect last week for a separate project along West Crystal Lake Avenue, so commuters should continue to be proactive about traveling through the area,” Shin Angulo said. “Motorists should be alert for shifting traffic patterns, congestion, and sudden stops when in the construction area. Make sure to leave extra time when commuting and remain extra vigilant of additional hazards when driving near crews and equipment.”

Tomorrow from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., West Crystal Lake Avenue will close to southbound traffic between Graisbury Avenue and West Mount Vernon Avenue. Motorists will be directed to follow a posted detour route utilizing Graisbury, Austermuhl, and West Mount Vernon Avenues.

This project is expected to be completed by the end of work hours on Tuesday, July 23. Scheduling and project timing is also dependent on weather and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
