(Lindenwold, NJ) – Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works, has been notified by PSE Electric that crews will be continuing circuit work in Gloucester City next week beginning Monday, June 7.

“Please allow yourself extra time if your route takes you through the affected traffic area in Gloucester City as crews continue their work along King Street and Market Street,” Dyer said. “Even partial road closures can cause sudden stops, new traffic patterns, and other changing conditions. Be extra alert whenever driving near active construction crews.”

On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, there will be a partial road closure on Market Street between Filmore Street and King Street between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. On Thursday, a lane shift will be in place on King Street between Market Street and Walt Whitman Street.

A posted detour route will guide motorists around the impacted area. Scheduling and project timing are dependent on weather and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
