Robert Cream is a pure example of pride, courage and commitment to his community. He has served his community with humble excellence by addressing the lack of activities and human services available to underserved youth and utilizing community resources to help meet the needs and enrich the lives of individuals through his leadership with the Homestead Youth Association. The HYA grew to give opportunities to kids, seniors and families and even opened a Community Activity Center that was able to provide a Time-for-Tots Program, Latch Key After School Program, a successful Sociable Seniors Club, and more. Because of his vision, the youth of his community continues to flourish in a supportive environment.
