Prescribed Burn Set to Take Place in Berlin Park

(Cherry Hill, NJ) – Camden County in partnership with the NJ Forest Fire Service will be setting a prescribed burn in Berlin Park located in Berlin Borough on Wednesday, March 20. The burn will be set around 9 a.m. and active burning will be done by 1 p.m.

 

“Prescribed burns are an important tool in keeping our lands ecologically healthy and minimizing the risk of forest fires,” said Commissioner Jeffrey Nash, liaison to the Camden County Parks Department. “We will be updating residents through each step of this process to ensure everyone is on the same page.”
