(Lindenwold, NJ) – Freeholder Barbara Holcomb, has been notified by Wyndham Construction that crews will be installing a water main for the new Camden High School on Park Boulevard beginning on Friday, Sept. 18. The project is expected to require the complete closure of Park Boulevard between Baird Boulevard and Wildwood Avenue.
“This is a multi-day project which will be in effect periodically for the next two weeks,” Holcomb said. “Motorists should be aware of this schedule ahead of time and prepare accordingly. When driving through or around the construction area, please be extra vigilant for sudden stops, shifting traffic patterns, or crews and debris that may end up in the roadway.”
Beginning at 7 a.m. Friday morning, crews will close the affected stretch of roadway until 3 p.m. This closure will also be in effect during these hours on Monday, Sept. 21, Tuesday, Sept. 22, and Tuesday, Sept. 29.
This project is scheduled to be completed by 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 29. Scheduling and project timing is dependent on weather and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
