(Gloucester Township, NJ) – The Camden County Department of Health is announcing 89 additional confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Camden County. This brings the aggregate number of confirmed positive cases to 36,918 in Camden County today and 961 total fatalities.

“Today marks the first time since Nov. 4 that we have had fewer than 100 new cases to report,” said County Commissioner Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. “While it is important not to read too deeply into any single day’s tally, this comes amidst a series of encouraging recent trends including the lowering of our test positivity rate and rate of transmission. If we keep taking this pandemic seriously, especially this weekend, we will continue to see its grip on our community loosening.”
