(Lindenwold, NJ) – Commissioner Al Dyer has been notified by PSE&G that a gas leak repair will require the closure of Market Street in Camden on Monday. There will be a full road closure of Market Street from Broadway to North 6th Street in Camden from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on May 24.
“Please allow yourself extra time to reach your destination and remain alert if your route includes this section of Market Street on Monday,” said Dyer, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works. “Any time a project requires the full closure of a roadway you can expect sudden stops, new traffic patterns, and other changing conditions.”
A posted detour route will guide motorists around the impacted area. Scheduling and project timing are dependent on weather and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
