(Camden, NJ) – The Wayne Bryant Community Center in Lawnside has reopened its doors after being closed since March 2020. The site first shut down due to the pandemic and remained closed for renovations, but activities are back in full swing.
“We are thrilled to welcome our seniors back to our Lawnside congregate site after three long years,” said Commissioner Virginia Betteridge, liaison to the Senior Services Division. “Our senior centers are a pillar of community and socialization for our elderly residents so having this site up and running again just allows residents more opportunities to get out of their homes and have a good time with one another.”
