(Blackwood, NJ) – This week, all dogs at Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center will have an adoption fee of just $35. The adoption center is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Additionally, on Saturday Dec. 9 and Sunday Dec. 10, the shelter will be participating in the Mega Adoption Event in partnership with the Brandywine Valley SPCA. During the event, all pets at the shelter will have a $35 adoption fee.
“We need the public’s help in finding loving homes for these animals,” said Commissioner Jonathan Young, liaison to the animal shelter. “Please consider opening your heart and your home to a new pet. And if you are unable to adopt right now, the shelter is always looking for donations.”
