Health Department to Provide COVID-19 Vaccines and Test Kits throughout County

(Blackwood, NJ) – Next week, the Camden County Department of Health and Human Services will be traveling across the county to administer COVID-19 vaccines and provide test kits.

 

“Being caught up on your COVID-19 vaccine and boosters and having test kits on hand are two ways to keep yourself healthy,” said Commissioner Virginia Betteridge, liaison to the Department of Health and Human Services. “Please consider stopping by one of our sites next week.”

Vaccination and test kit sites for the week of September 4 are as follows:

  • Tuesday (test kits only)

 

  • South Camden Food Market, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., 700 Pine Street, Camden
  • Litwin Market, 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., 801 Elm Street, Camden
  • Thursday
  • Addictions outreach 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Broadway and Chestnut, Camden (Vaccines and test kits)
  • Clementon Resource Fair 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., 108 White Horse Pike, Clementon, (tests kits only)
  • Friday

 

  • Summer Fun Night Von Nieda Park, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., between 29th Street, Harrison Street and McArthur Avenue (test kits only)

Pediatric Pfizer vaccines are also available every first Thursday of the month at the Bellmawr Regional Health Center by appointment only. Please contact Jamie Klein for scheduling at Jamie.Klein@camdencounty.com

Also, the Camden County Health Department will now be administering a second bivalent booster for the ages of 65 years and older and those who are immunocompromised.
