(Lindenwold, NJ) – Freeholder Barbara Holcomb has been notified that water service installation will close Garfield Avenue in Clementon on September 16 and 17 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The work will require the full road closure of Garfield Avenue from Erial Road to Berlin Road.
“Please allow yourself extra time to reach your destination if your route includes the area around Garfield Avenue,” said Holcomb, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works. “Anytime a project requires a closure of the roadway you can expect sudden stops, shifting traffic patterns, and other changing conditions. Motorists should be extra careful when approaching and driving through the construction area.”
A posted detour route will guide motorists around the affected area. Scheduling and project timing are dependent on weather and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
