The boathouse is located on the banks of the Cooper River in Cooper River Park offering a place for those mourning the savage acts of hate that occurred at the Tree of Life congregation.

Date:  October 28th
Time:  6:30 PM
Location:  Camden County Boathouse,  7050 North Park Drive, Pennsauken Township, NJ 08109

Freeholder Jeffrey Nash talked about the importance of coming together and unifying as a community.

“As a former board member of the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey and a current advisory board member of Jewish Family and Children Services I am appalled by this savage crime of hate,” Nash said. “During a recent visit to Poland last month, my wife and I visited the Nazi death camp of Auschwitz. At this memorial to the Holocaust I saw the results of anti-Semitic behavior at its worst possible apex. Today’s event provides a stark reminder to that hallowed ground where millions of Jews were murdered and the work we still need to do as a community to ensure it never happens again.”
