(Lindenwold, NJ) – Freeholder Susan Shin Angulo, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works, has been notified by Wyndham Construction that crews will be replacing pavement and sidewalk on Federal Street in Camden City outside of the new global headquarters of ResinTech Inc. beginning Monday, Oct. 7. The project will require a full closure of the roadway East State Street and River Avenue.

“This project had previously been rescheduled due to unforeseen events, but it remains extremely important that motorists are aware of how this work could impact their commute,” Shin Angulo said. “When driving through the construction area, always be mindful of sudden stops, shifting traffic patterns, and any personnel or equipment that might end up in the roadway.”

Beginning Monday, Oct. 7, through Thursday, Oct. 10, crews will close the roadway and work overnight between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. Beginning Friday, Oct. 11, through Wednesday, Oct. 16, crews will work during daytime hours between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of work hours on Wednesday, Oct. 16. Scheduling and project timing is dependent on weather and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
