(Camden, NJ) – The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission is updating the long-range plan for the Greater Philadelphia region, Connections 2050, that sets a vision for the region’s future and prioritizes transportation investments to make that vision a reality through the year 2050.
In order to properly guide the plan, the DVRPC is conducting a survey and those who live, work or visit the Greater Philadelphia region are encouraged to respond to it.
“This is a chance to make your voice heard regarding where you want to see investment here in Camden County and the region,” said Commissioner Jon Young, a DVRPC board member. “We encourage all of our residents to take the survey, as it will help the DVRPC continue to make progress.”

DVRPC must update the long-range plan every four years to keep the region eligible for almost $2 billion a year in state and federal transportation funds.
