(Camden, NJ) – The Camden County Store was opened in the Echelon Mall more than 30 years ago on the second level adjacent to the Boscov’s. Starting on Tuesday, Sept. 6, the location will stay on the second floor, but move to a new corridor of the Voorhees Town Center. This new location will be located adjacent to the Voorhees Township municipal operation next to the former Macy’s site.

The new store will operate the same days of the week from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The store will retain the same phone number at (856) 566-2920. In addition, the address for the store has changed as well to 2200 Town Center, Voorhees Township, 08043.

The store will continue providing essential services including, passports, swearing in notaries, veteran identifications card and a host of other services by appointment only. Employees are making appointments Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

“Over the years, the expansion of the county store has provided residents with a shorter commute and easier access to the important services we provide,” Camden County Clerk Joe Ripa said. “We are looking forward to continuing that commitment at our new location just 100 yards away in the same building.”
