Chris Bruner, resident of Cherry Hill and President of American Construction and the American Construction Foundation, has spent a large portion of his time during the pandemic assisting those in need. In partnership with the Jewish Federation of South Jersey, Bruner was able to roll out the “Shop and Drop Program,” helping over 400 families who had no outside financial assistance. Bruner’s wife and employees were integral to the success of the program, assisting with grocery shopping and delivery.
Bruner is also a volunteer member of the Camden County Pollution Control Finance Authority board and sponsor of Cherry Hill Little League, Cherry Hill Food Pantry, and Bobby Leach Olympic Martial Arts. In addition, Bruner offers an annual scholarship for a graduating Cherry Hill West Senior pursuing a trade.
