Freeholder Susan Shin Angulo has been notified by Burlington County that a maintenance project to improve Greentree Road will start tomorrow. Greentree Road will be completely shut down at the Camden County border to Lincoln Drive and a detour will be setup along with proper signage alerting drivers and residents.
“Anyone driving in the area needs to be aware that Burlington County will be closing the entire thoroughfare to accommodate this project,” Shin Angulo said. “Please allow yourself extra time when traveling in the area of Greentree Road, and whenever possible take an alternant route. This project will inevitably lead to more congestion on adjacent Camden County roadways.”
The project will be a standard mill and overlay that is scheduled to take two to three days, conditions and weather permitting.
“Please pay attention to electronic message boards that will be posted in the area notifying you of changes throughout the project,” Shin Angulo said. “Drivers will be faced with some inconveniences until this work is finished.”
