(Gloucester Township, NJ) – The Camden County Department of Health is announcing 96 new positive cases of COVID-19 which occurred on Tuesday November 23 bringing the aggregate number of confirmed positive cases in Camden County to 61,913 and 1,354 total fatalities.
Of the 96 new cases, 25 are among patients under 18 years old. The average age of the newly infected is 33 years old.

“While today’s case count is lower than what we’ve seen the last few days, we must remain on top of the game when it comes to this virus,” said Commissioner Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. “We must continue to get vaccinated and receive our booster shots. Now, all adults are eligible for boosters regardless of health qualifiers so please, go get your boosters. You can make an appointment for your first or second dose or your booster shot at the Camden County Health Hub by visiting www.CamdenCountyVaccine.com.”
To date, 431,565 Camden County residents have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, while 318,622 are fully vaccinated and 71,909 have received a third dose. The county Health Department is continuing to closely track new cases of COVID-19 and information regarding the prevalence of the Delta variant. New cases are often reassigned to other municipalities over the course of an investigation.
