(Gloucester Township, NJ) – The Camden County Department of Health is announcing 134 new positive cases of COVID-19 which occurred on Friday, November 19, bringing the aggregate number of confirmed positive cases in Camden County to 61,499 and 1,345 total fatalities.
Of the 134 new cases, 42 are among patients under 18 years old. The average age of the newly infected is 33 years old.

“We’ve seen a steady flow of cases this week,” said Commissioner Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. “The importance of getting vaccinated cannot be undermined. It’s the best way to protect ourselves and others from getting seriously ill, ending up in the hospital or dying. To date, 424,805 Camden County residents have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, while 318,378 are fully vaccinated and 67,910 have received a third dose. The county Health Department is continuing to closely track new cases of COVID-19 and information regarding the prevalence of the Delta variant. New cases are often reassigned to other municipalities over the course of an investigation.
