Camden County Hosts 25th Annual High School Golf Tournament

(Blackwood, NJ) On Monday, the Board of Commissioners hosted its 25^h annual High School Golf Commissioners Cup where 17 co-ed and five girls teams will be competing.

Each year, the Board of Commissioners invites schools from throughout the county to send up to four players to represent their alma mater in the county-wide event.

“This is a highly anticipated event each year because it honors high school athletes from Camden County who represent excellence both on the field and in the classroom,” said Commissioner Ed McDonnell, liaison to the Camden County Department of Events and Community Outreach. “It is always great to see these players come together to represent their schools and compete at the highest level”

The tournament was hosted at Valleybrook Country Club in Blackwood.
