Notice – Following the recent Appellate Court decision in the case of NJ Land Title Association v. Dana Rone, County Register of the County of Essex (Dkt. No. A-5028-16T1), the e-recording convenience fee will be suspended, effective April 1, 2019, until further notice.

The Camden County Clerk’s Office, under the leadership of Clerk Joe Ripa, offers a vast array of services including passports, trade name registration, notary public, and property records.

Attention for voters in Camden City’s 3^rd Ward

In Camden City, in Ward 3, on the Democratic ballot there was an omission of a slate of candidates for county committee on the original vote by mail ballot sent to homes. A new replacement ballot is being sent out and will be in mailboxes by the week of May 8. If you have not returned your ballot, please discard your original ballot and vote with the new one.

If you have already voted with the original ballot and believe your vote was incorrect please resubmit the new ballot. Only the last ballot received by the Board of Elections will be counted.
