Request Replacement Vote by Mail Ballot

If you have been issued a ballot by the County Clerk’s Office, and you need a replacement ballot, you must request another ballot in writing with a signature. Please contact County Clerk Election Division

Replacement Ballot requests not made in-person will be sent via USPS.  As such, requests not made in-person must be received seven (7) days prior to the election to assure that the ballot is received by Election Day.

 

If you are unable to appear in-person to receive a replacement ballot, a messenger can be used to pick up your ballot for you. You must designate the person the Authorized Messenger on the form. this messenger shall be a family member or a registered voter of Camden County.  The messenger cannot be a Candidate in this election or serve as a messenger for more than THREE voters or FIVE immediate family members residing in the same household.

Common reasons to request a replacement ballot are:

  • You never received your ballot
  • Your ballot is ripped, torn or damaged
  • Your ballot was not voted correctly
  • Your ballot was misplaced
