Complete Streets help improve safety for people walking and biking. They create better places to live, work, play and do business. They balance the needs of drivers, pedestrians, bicyclists, transit riders, emergency responders, and goods movement based on the local context.
Municipalities located in the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA) region are eligible to apply for Complete Streets Technical Assistance to advance a project in their community now through Friday, February 11, 2022.
Two informational webinars in December, covered the type of assistance that can be completed through this program, as well as information about how to apply.
