PerformCare (NJ Children’s System of Care)

PerformCare is New Jersey’s single point of access for an array of behavioral health services, including Mobile Response and Stabilization Services and the Care Management Organization.

Camden County Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (Oaks Integrated Care)

  • Immediate, in-home stabilization services are available 24/7 for youth up to age 21.
  • In-home services and assessments are being done via telehealth.

Inpatient Hospitalization Resources

Hampton Behavioral Health Center (Westampton, NJ)

  • Adolescents ages 12-17 and young adults ages 18-26
  • Hampton is still providing inpatient hospitalization services with direct admission (if beds are available).
  • They are providing level of care assessments and partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient services (IOP) via telehealth.

  • Acute inpatient unit for children and adolescents
  • Jefferson also provides PHP and IOP

  • Complete inpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for youth who are in need of immediate treatment.


Hackensack Meridian Carrier Clinic (Belle Mead, NJ)


  • Ages 12-17
  • Carrier Clinic continues to provide inpatient hospitalization services for adolescents.
  • Visiting hours are still being offered for parents on a limited basis at this time.
  • Private insurance and Medicaid are accepted.


Friends Hospital (Philadelphia, PA)

  • Friends Hospital is still providing inpatient hospitalization services for adolescents and young adults with direct admission (if beds are available).
  • Direct admissions can come from any entity (crisis, mobile, etc.) that can interface with the insurance company to get a precertification for inpatient psychiatric admission.


Foundations Behavioral Health (Doylestown, PA)-Inpatient Unit for Youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Clinical Assessment Center – 24/7
  • The Acute ASD Inpatient Treatment Program provides applied behavioral analysis program to children and adolescents with ASD with co-morbid psychiatric conditions.
  • Accepts patients who are either verbal or nonverbal as well as those experiencing acute behaviors.
  • Due to COVID-19, they are currently operating single patient rooms.
  • Accepts commercial insurances for ASD patients
  • Not in network with NJ Medicaid, but able to accommodate single case agreements

High Focus Centers (Cherry Hill, NJ)

  • PHP and IOP treatment for both middle school (ages 10-13) and adolescents (13-18)
  • Offering telehealth services for teen mental health treatment during COVID-19.
  • Mental health and dual program for primary mental health with a co-occurring component of treatment for chemical dependency
  • In-network with all commercial insurance policies, but no Medicaid insurance.
  • Intake department is available 7 days per week to schedule assessments. They do not operate with wait lists, but can see new patients within 48 hours of the time of call for assessment.

  • Rogers is now providing specialized teletherapy for PHP and IOP level of care for:
    • Children and adolescent OCD/anxiety (ages 8-18)
    • Adolescent depression and mood disorder (ages 13-18)
  • Admission, counseling, CBT and DBT groups, psychiatric sessions, and family sessions are completed virtually
  • In-network with most major private insurance companies
