PSE&G will be restoring asphalt and concrete at 800 Bell Road on Thursday, Dec. 30. There will be a full road closure of Bell Road between Glover Avenue and Rudderow Avenue for the duration of the work period.

“Since the closure may cause some delays, drivers should plan an alternative route ahead of time,” said Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works.  “While traveling around construction areas, drivers should also use caution, slow down and be aware of the changing traffic patterns.”

Work hours will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday.

The Camden County Department of Public Works is responsible for maintaining over 1,200 miles of county roadway and 50 bridges.  They are dedicated to making our area safer for motorists and pedestrians through county highway construction projects and road maintenance, including pothole repairs, street sweeping, grass cutting and storm drainage upkeep. The Public Works Department is located in Lindenwold where personnel are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve the residents of Camden County.
