(Lindenwold, NJ) – Freeholder Susan Shin Angulo, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works, has been notified by the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) that crews will be continuing drainage work on Evesham Road in Magnolia next Monday, July 23, and Tuesday, July 24.
“Motorists driving through the area can expect more traffic than usual, sudden stops and possible congestion while the project is underway,” said Freeholder Susan Shin Angulo, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works. “Until construction is completed, motorists should try to plan take alternate routes and use extra caution when driving through the construction zone.”
Between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. motorists will be directed along a detour circumventing the stretch of Evesham Road between Warwick Road and the White Horse Pike.
In addition to the closure on Evesham Road, one westbound lane on the White Horse Pike will be closed overnight from July 23 to July 26, and one eastbound lane will be closed overnight from July 24 to July 25.
Scheduling and project timing is dependent on weather and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
