“We have seen more than 50 new COVID-19 cases in eight of the last nine days, after seeing just one such day in all of September,” said Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. “We are undoubtedly more prepared for a potential surge in cases than we were in the spring, but we can still prevent a broader crisis if we act now. Everyone needs to wear a mask, social distance, and withhold from small indoor gatherings where the virus spreads easily.”
