“America has never faced a large-scale, prolonged crisis like this in our lifetimes. It is going to take the action of every single member of our community to fight this virus,” said Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. “Today, the director of the Centers for Disease Control said that universe mask use could be more effective than a vaccine in helping us get back to normal. We all need to do our part, wear a mask, and help to move our country in the right direction. The longer it takes folks to get on board, the longer we’ll be stuck in our current position.”
