Agent McMahon will be speaking on how Colorado has been impacted by the legalization of marijuana. The statistics and information can be a good indicator of what New Jersey can expect as a result of legalization. What has the DEA seen in states where marijuana has been legalized? Does the black market really go away?

Frank has been counseling people with substance misuse issues for almost 20 years. He has taught at the Center of Alcohol Studies for the last 12 years and the Rutgers School of Social Work since 2011. He is proud to have taken firm stances on ethical issues. Frank will speak on the impacts that the legalization of marijuana can have on the recovery community, mental health providers, the workplace and messaging.
