Veterans Medal Ceremony

Veterans and their families will join the Board of Commissioners and other local officials for a ceremony where four veterans will be honored with the Camden County Military Services Medals.  Commissioner and Gold Star mother, Melinda Kane, liaison to the county’s Office of Veterans Affairs, talked about the importance of the ceremony for the municipality.

The Camden County Military Service Medals were created by the Board of Commissioners to honor the veterans of Camden County who have served the United States with honor and valor. The medals include the Vietnam Service Medal, the War on Terror Service Medal, the Military Service Medal and the Korean War Service Medal.

Ceremony will be held at the Battleship New Jersey on September 30th at 4 PM
