Transition Support Group for Parents and Caregivers

Come out and join this support group for parents of teenage and adult children with disabilities and special needs.  This group has been designed to encourage and support parents, as well as to share information and experiences regarding Guardianship, Social Security, Medicaid, DDD, DVRS and other issues.

Meetings will take place on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 10 AM to 11:30 AM outdoors at Kingsway Church located at 2701 Chapel Avenue in Cherry Hill.  During inclement weather, outside meetings will take place via Zoom. Meetings will also take place via Zoom on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 7 PM to 8:30 PM. For more information, go to SpecialNeedsTransition2Adult@gmail.com
