Transition Support Group for Parents and Caregivers

Come out and join this newly formed support group for parents of teenage and adult children with disabilities and special needs. This group has been designed to encourage and support parents, as well as to share information and experiences regarding Guardianship, Social Security, Medicaid, DDD, DVRS and other issues. Meetings will take place outdoors at Kingsway Church on Thursdays from 10 AM to 12 PM. The church is located at 2701 Chapel Avenue in Cherry Hill. Please bring your own chair!
