Was appointed Deputy Director of the Philadelphia-Camden High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area(HIDTA) in 2016. Prior, Ray served nearly fourteen years as the Law Enforcement Coordinator for the United States Attorney’s Office; D.O.J. and twenty-seven years in Camden Police Department before that. Ray has worked with numerous law enforcement and civilian agencies throughout the state on counter-terrorism and other crime related issues. Ray is an Adjunct Professor since 2009 and has conducted numerous trainings/presentations to law enforcement, educators and community leaders in the areas of Extremism and Terrorism, Criminal Gang and Cult Behaviors and Addiction.
