Municipal Rabies Clinics
Event Navigation
The Camden County Health Department supplies rabies vaccines to municipalities for clinics. These clinics are held throughout the year to assist pet owners with getting their pets vaccinated. A licensed veterinarian is onsite to ensure the safety of the pets. These clinics are free of charge and are open to all Camden County residents. Rabies is a deadly disease caused by a virus. The virus is found in the saliva of a rabid animal and is transmitted by a bite, or possibly by contamination of an open cut. Left untreated, rabies attacks the nervous system and causes death. It is very important to get pets vaccinated to ensure the safety of the public and your pet.
