Healthy Meals for Healthy Seniors

The Camden County Board of Freeholders presents Healthy Meals for Healthy Seniors, a free cooking workshop. This workshop series is designed with the senior citizen lifestyle and dietary needs in mind. Participants will learn from trained chefs and culinary students how to plan and prepare healthy meals, and will observe hands-on cooking demonstrations.
All workshops will take place on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 5 PM at Camden County Technical Schools in Pennsauken. To register, call Tom Castellano at (856) 858-2986 or email tom.castellano@camdencounty.com. Limited space is available.
