The Camden County Board of Commissioners invites you to Friday Morning Yoga. Carrie and Dee offer vinyasa-based yoga classes that are open to all levels of experience. With over 10 years of teaching together, they offer a style that flows as a ‘moving meditation’ and creates a space to bring easeful energy to the mind and body. Please bring your own mat. Located at the Corner of Cuthbert Blvd and N. Park in Cooper River Park.
