Cardio on the Cooper starts it’s spring workout sessions this Saturday (May 20th) through July 15th. Join us for a FREE 60 minute calorie annihilating outdoor workout. Power your way through challenging cardio and resistance circuits to build strength and endurance. Open to all residents and all levels of participation welcome (just make sure you bring your own exercise mat).
Location: Corner of Cuthbert Blvd. and N. Park Drive.
