Board of Education Meeting

Notice is hereby given by the Board of Education of the Camden County Technical Schools that regular and special meetings of the board of education, for the term ending November 1, 2021, are scheduled as indicated. ALL MEETINGS WILL BE HELD VIRTUAL AND WILL BEGIN A 5:00 P.M. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.*

Members of the public wishing to make a public comment will be permitted to do so during Public Participation using any one of the following methods:
Sending an email to a designated email address which will be announced during the Board meeting or in written form, to be read aloud during Public Participation. In order for Public Comment to be considered, name, address and comment must be contained in the email.
Public comments may also be submitted by mail to Scott M. Kipers, Business Administrator/Board Secretary, 343 Berlin Cross Keys Road, Sicklerville, NJ 08081, the envelope subject should be clearly marked “Public Comment” and must contain name, address and comment. All comments must be received by noon on the day of the meeting.

To submit a public comment by speaking – when prompted during the meeting:

1. You will be called on by name or identified via phone

2. A prompt will show on your screen asking if you want to unmute

3. If joining by phone dial *6 to unmute your phone when prompted

4. Begin speaking when prompted

5. At the end of your 5-minute permitted time period you will be muted.

6. The public shall remain muted whether participating by zoom or telephone until the announcement for Public Comment.
The Campus Specific Agendas will be posted 48 hours prior to the meeting and can be viewed by selecting the “Agenda” link under the heading “School Board” section on the School District’s web page. The full agenda will also be posted at the beginning of the meeting in the same section of the web page. Formal action will be taken on Agenda items. A closed session may be held on matters identified on the agenda.
