(Lindenwold, NJ) – Freeholder Susan Shin Angulo, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works, has been notified by SJ GAs that work on East Atlantic Avenue in Lawnside will require a stretch of the roadway to close today, Friday, Sept. 28, and again on Monday, Oct. 1.
“This project was started last month, but crews need to revisit the site in order to complete additional gas work,” Shin Angulo said. “When driving through the construction area, be mindful of sudden stops and remain extra vigilant of additional hazards.”
Beginning today, crews will close the stretch of East Atlantic Avenue between Gloucester Pike and West Oak Avenue in Lawnside. The same stretch will close again on Monday as crews return to the site.
This project is expected to be completed by end of day on Monday, Oct. 1. Scheduling and project timing is also dependent on weather and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
