(Voorhees, NJ) – The Camden County Library System is collecting books for underserved children as part of its annual “Books for Kids” campaign. Now through December 13, you can bring new and like-new books to any Camden County library branch and drop them off at the specially-labelled donation bins.

“Books open a world of opportunities for children by expanding their education and imagination,” said Freeholder Bill Moen, liaison to the Camden County Library System.  “When you donate a book, you are giving children the gift of knowledge while exposing them to the enjoyment of reading.”

The library is accepting children’s books, ranging from infant to young adult titles. The donated books are provided to the Camden County Division of Children’s Services to distribute to children in the county in time for them to enjoy over the holiday season.
