(Lindenwold, NJ) – The Delaware River Port Authority will be performing its biennial inspection of the Betsy Ross Bridge and approaches from Monday, July 18 to Wednesday, July 20. There will be a lane shift on Union Avenue between National Highway and Route 130 for the duration of the inspection.
“Since this is an area with a lot of traffic, it’s best for motorists to consider taking an alternate route and to give themselves plenty of time to get to their destination to avoid potential delays,” said Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Department of Public Works. “Also, remember that when you’re traveling through a construction area, please slow down and stay alert for crew members and debris.”
Work hours will run from 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
