Camden County Commissioner Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. was joined by Mayor Victor Carstarphen, Joseph Divis, interim president, AT&T New Jersey, and representatives from Hopeworks and Rowan University for a special event to announce AT&T’s support for two programs that help Camden’s young people prepare for college and careers.
“AT&T’s generosity will help develop new educational opportunities and spur career-development for countless young men and women in Camden,” Cappelli said. “Companies large and small are increasingly recognizing the enormous potential in Camden’s students. This city has a wealth of talent, intelligence, and skill. With the help of our partners, we are making sure that these kids have access to the kind of opportunities they deserve.”
